Lavou online boutique aims to bring to you the latest high fashion designs in Special events wear and accessories created by the Latest Designers for niche Boutique wear. Our beautiful dresses and accessories have been carefully sourced from quality designers who take great pride in ensuring the quality and standard of their work. Their designs are inspired from today’s high fashion trends and materials bringing you stunning dresses and accessories for all special events – cocktail, wedding, ball, red carpet, prom, cruise.

Dresses:

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require a dress size other than that in stock – we would love to stock all sizes but it would be impossible; however it is possible to order these in, simply fill out our enquiry form to include dress product code and the size you require and we will try our best to fulfil every order.  

All our dresses have been designed and sized to allow for alterations if necessary. To help you chose the perfect size for you please follow our measurement chart and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us we will do our best to help. 

Please order your dress in plenty of time for your special event to allow for delivery and alterations (please see size chart to see if alterations are required) Lavou Boutique is unfortunately unable to do any alterations however we are happy to try and put you in contact with a quality tailor in your area.

Jewellery:

All Jewellery containing Swarovski Crystal and Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED Elements comes with the Swarovski certificate of Authentication. This is your gurantee that only the Highest Quality of Crystals have been used.

Terms & conditions

To order any of our garments simply select the Jewellery item or dress and size you require, place the item in your shopping basket and when ready proceed to checkout using our secure, reliable and recognised Sage world pay system. You will then be sent an email acknowledging that we have received your order and payment  – please note that this is merely an acknowledgment of your order not a confirmation. Once we have accepted your order this becomes a binding contract between Lavou Boutique and you subject to your rights of cancellation. Cancellation of an order by Lavou Boutique will occur if the product is unavailable or discontinued and if we are unable to get authorisation for payment. If you wish to cancel an order we must receive cancellation notice 24hrs before despatch, we will respond acknowledging your cancellation.
