Postage is FREE when you spend £20.00 or more and your item will be despatched by Royal Mail signed for Special Delivery, guranteed to arrive with you the next working day before 01.00pm (The next business day only excl. Saturday delivery. Applies to UK shipment only. For orders under £20.00 there is a postage & packaging charge but you have two options - Option 1 £1.99 Standard First Class Royal Mail 1 -2 working days delivery (Unguaranteed) Option 2 £5.00 Royal Mail signed for Special Delivery guaranteed next working day before 01.00pm (Excl. UK only: Please allow 24-48hrs for delivery on stock items and allow approximately 7 working days for delivery on none stock items or sizes. Occasionally there may be a delay and we will inform you straight away and keep you informed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by postal delays.
Returns Returns address: Lavou Boutique 27 Tything rd west, Arden Forest Industrial Estate, Kinwarton, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6EP UK (returns address only. Lavou Boutique is a ecommerce online Boutique). This is a returns address only and all returns must be issued an official number which you can request through our online enquiry form – items returned to us without this number will be refused. Returns will only be excepted if the item and shawl (if applicable) are unworn, undamaged and still retain original labels and packaging. We do appreciate that on receiving the item you may require a different size or to change item we will try our best to help and as long as the item is returned to us with good care we are more than happy to issue a refund when necessary. Returns must be made within 5 days from the day you receive the item, we will only issue the refund once the item has been returned to us and inspected. Please note that there is a £10.00 re-stocking charge for all garments (applies to dresses only), this will be deducted from your total refund value.
